Jesus! You people are susceptible to bullshit. The documents were shipped out of the WH on January 18, while Trump was still the President. The President CANNOT steal from himself. There's no such thing as a classified document when it's applied to the Chief Executive because he is the ultimate authority that determines the classification. Even when the President hands a top secret document to a Russian or a Belgian, that is within his authority- no questions asked. All he has to say is that the material was declassified by him and that's the end of the conversation.

Except that his previous affidavit explicitly says there were no “de-classified “ documents left either.
