Many poor black folks do not have an acceptable form of government ID, and the burden to get it is quite a bit. It costs money, takes time, and they usually need to go many miles away to get to a state-run facility that issues them. It isn't because they want illegal aliens to vote (which there is not proof it has happened), nor widespread fraud of Democrat voters....ironically, there were several GOP supporters arrested for voter fraud in 2020....
