First, if you read the indictment, it isn't political. It's about a former president who repeatedly lied about having documents and records that didn't belong to him. It's about a former president who was given every opportunity to take the right course of action and return the materials, but instead lied and obstructed the government's ability to retrieve them. And, to add the cherry on top, he had highly compartmentalized materials stored in a bathroom and ball room.
Honestly guys, try to use those critical thinking skills you say you have. It's mind boggling that you can't peer through the distortion fog and realize Fox and friends are lying to you about this. Even Pence is starting to realize Trump is done and did the indefensible...

I know its a shock to everyone, but you're wrong about there being no such thing as classified documents for a president. First, Trump is a former president....with no evidence that he declassified them. Second, just because he can view classified materials doesn't mean he can keep them...or refuse to return them...
