You think that the drone tech is home made? That is USA testing new weapons while at the same time using up old weapons costing them in storage costs.

Besides Ukraine being a bread basket for wheat, it also has reported tons of rare earth minerals. They want Ukraine grateful and in need of rebuilding. Haliburton will once again make a killing.
