I don't think it's that clear.
The potential price isn't something that can be liquid immediately because of various rules governing things like this.
Puts him in the same situation as before - an asset most people don't want as collateral.

But in the end, sort of irrelevant.
As funny as it was to see him scramble, if he can put something up that acts as a guarantee while he appeals, it's all good.
Him finding a way to use the appeal to hide the money and not pay if it fails was always the issue.
