Just throwing my two hundred million cents in here...

I'm ok with the Court of Appeals lowering the bond and allowing him to run his game just like any other defendant is allowed. I'm almost ok with him getting special treatment that other non-Presidential candidates don't get.

The only way the world will be rid of this malignant pathogen is for him to be thoroughly humiliated in a vote that nobody can say is rigged.

And the slow moving, heavy with gravitas, wheels of justice will squeeze his fat ass into an overstuffed orange jumpsuit. No more makeup, that 5 feet of combaround hair shorn off so he can't hang himself out of his humiliation.

You don't sound "okay"...

LETITIA JAMES IS BIG MAD! Racist and Corrupt Letitia James is having a bad day. Trump’s Net Worth Hits $6.4 Billion today! Making Him One of World’s 500 Richest People The New York appeals court lowered Trumps bond to $175 million. This Racist piece of Sh*** should be disbarred, charged with a Hate Crime , Extortion & Abuse of Power. Judge Engoron should be charged too! Who’s WITH ME
🤚
I’m tagging her to see this! Let her know how you feel.
Trump has this money on paper. He's not allowed to sell shares for several months (maybe years depending on his contract), which means he still faced a liquidity issue. The other thing to realize is that just because the stock is up in the first few days of trading doesn't mean it will remain here. I can totally see a GameStop energy on this, where MAGA cultists are dumping their lifesavings into this and hoping Trump will make them rich....

I am okay with him having his day(s) in Court. As many as it takes.

I believe in living in society with the rule of law and due process. Flawed though it is, sometimes allowing murderers, frauds and violence-inciting traitors to go free.

But I don't need the Courts to prove to me that Trump is all of the above. I can come to my own conclusions by what I observe.

And just because MAGAts on the Xitter fail to deny his actions, and rather opine the law is wrong or he is being unfairly picked on, doesn't take away from my observation he is a chaotic liar with only his own self intersted as his primary motivation.

Anyone with his means whose conduct has been "perfect", and feels "innocent" and that he "did nothing wrong" would be using all his resources to clear his good name as soon as humanly possible.

These fines were totally wrong. Both the Carroll case and the James case shouldn't have been filed in the first place!!
Mitch, we know you love the orange man. Did you purchase his fake gold spray painted shoes, how about the newly released Bible he is holding for $59.99
How about Truth Social stock ? Spend $50K and help the con man pay his legal bills. Support your hero !

Who cares!! Lawyers love working for Trump because it helps them get other clients. It's also a honor to do legal work for a president of the US!!
Yes they do. Ask the banks and contractors that Trump shafted during his casino construction days.
The only client the former lawyer Giuliani is getting is bubba for a cell mate:LOL:

I wonder who's propping up the stock prices right now and hoping for some influence later.
Vlad?
MBS?
Xi?

Might be some of his cronies inflating the price.
If you are a day trader you can make some money.
Long term I say it is a flop like everything the Orange Man touches.
He might have screwed himself again, because he cannot sell his share for 6 months.

You do realize that DJT was not afforded any due process rights as it pertained to the NY fraud case. James campaigned for AG on 'getting Trump'. Then flaunted the court's decision on social media. She's a heinous POS and in my opinion they should launch proceedings to launch her legal license.

Board will not approve plus state and federal laws will prohibit him from selling.
He will have to wait SIX months. I don't think I am wrong.
Trump will again break every law to make it happen.

Remember he is 77. All his business are totally loaned out. He still has major convictions to face but he does have an army of idiots racist waggots willing to go to war for him.

The DJT board could alter the 6 month agreement.

NASDAQ stock is good for the day trader. I stick with the US Stock Exchange for long term investments.
Buying DJT stock is too risky for the serious investor. Just my two cents.

The board can alter, manipulate, inflate or whatever. It still has to be approved by state and federal regulators.
Sounds simple but it is complicated.

DJT stock is very risky. I personally would never buy this stock, even though I'm a huge Trump fan......LMAO
Read my post #405
Put aside personality and disagreements, DJT stock is a very risky purchase for long term.
Excellent for a flip and cash it in.
Finally you agree on one thing with me

So say you. I read the case and I disagree with you.

If you are right, then the NY Court of Appeals will swiftly strike down the judgement and Trump's good name will be restored!

James campaigned for AG on 'getting Trump'. Then flaunted the court's decision on social media. She's a heinous POS and in my opinion they should launch proceedings to launch her legal license.
Every AG and local DA candidate campaigns on a platform to "get" some particular criminal, criminal organization or criminal activity they feel is a threat to their constituents and constituency.

Isn't that their actual job and why citizens vote for one or another in particular?

For example... Rudy campaigned on the basis of, and went after, every small time crook who broke windows. Should these petty criminals be given a pass? The Gambino's and the other Five Families of the NYC Mafia Rudy vowed and did investigate and prosecute? The Fulton Fish Market, the waste contractors , the myriad of organized crime frauds and schemes etc.

Should these people who broke the laws of the State of New York have been exempt from prosecution just because Guliani campaigned on "getting" them? Or should he have left the mafia alone because there were lots of NY citizens who "had to eat' and others who idolized the mafia Dons like John Gotti?

Isn't Trump himself campaigning on using the Office of the President of the United States of America to direct his Department of Justice for one day as a Dictator to wreak retribution on those who were disloyal to him? To the media who did not sufficently fawn over him or by his judgement spread "fake news"?

By the implicit support of Trump, it sounds like what's good for the goose is good for the gander so I don't even see why you are complaining about the rules of the game you allege are being played.

I haven't heard a peep about Trump not actually doing what he has been accused of. Or that the fraud statue is invalid. Just that there were no readily apparent direct victims.

But if what you say about James being a heinous POS, and "they" should launch proceedings to launch sic (revoke) her legal sic (law) license then there must be some rabid Trump supporter who is a member of the New York Bar who can be that mythical "they". And enough conservative Benchers to disbar her. Same with the 'corrupt' Judge who you unequivocally state denied the former President of the United States, "due process".

And with an even lower threshold, if what you say is even 51% true, then Trump has a fucking 💰💰💰JACKPOT 💰🤑 lawsuit against the State of New York ready to cash in on once his case is dismissed and he can bring his claims out of the Xitter and back into Court!!!!
