They broke the Canadian record by about 210 pounds.

Male powerlifter enters women’s event, breaks record

Canadian weighlifting coach Avi Silverberg self-identified as a woman for five minutes to break their record by more than 100 pounds.

Silverberg “mocked the discriminatory [Canadian Powerlifting Union] policy” that allows competitors to register for events under their “gender identity and expression, rather than their sex or gender,” vowing “no consequences” for doing so.

I've never pretended to have an interest in women's sports. In fact, I've stated clearly that I have virtually zero interest in women's sports save for things like sexy women's volleyball, or maybe tennis?

My personal interest in women's sports has nothing to do with the subject at hand. It's such an absurd deflection that keeps coming up.
