Jackasses? For talking to people? That's your "gotcha" moment?

Here's a reminder of what jackasses look like in case your short memory span has caused you convenient amnesia....

Why does that make them jackasses?

Would you say the same of an Indian delegation to The White House or Canada who dressed in western suits and ties?

You have a very warped idea of what makes folks qualify as jackasses.

Been thinking about it and there does appear to be legal ways to do this. First is have a Republican party win the presidency and also a majority in the house of Representatives. Turns out the speaker of the House - 2nd in line to presidency - does NOT have to be an elected member of congress. So a R majority can elect Trump to be Speaker. Then both President and VP resign and Trump becomes president til the end of that 4 year term. Or, same scenario and VP resigns and current president picks Trump to replace and then president resigns.

Eeks.
Alternatively, the constitution doesn't prevent Trump from running as a vice president. He runs as VP, they win then the president resigns, now you have the first ever 3 term president 😉

Under the current U.S. Constitution, Donald Trump cannot serve a third term as president due to the 22nd Amendment, which limits a person to two terms in office. However, his real priority may not be returning to power but staying out of prison. One potential strategy is running J.D. Vance or another devoted sycophant as a puppet candidate, winning the election and then switching places through resignation or a legal loophole. If that fails, he could rely on a presidential pardon from his chosen successor. A constitutional amendment to overturn term limits is a long shot, requiring two-thirds ratification, making it politically impossible. That leaves the final, most dangerous option: seizing power extra-constitutionally. Given his past refusal to accept defeat, Trump and his allies could contest election results, declare a national emergency, or simply refuse to leave the White House. If backed into a corner with no escape, he may even barricade himself inside and force a deadly standoff, suicide by cop rather than surrender to the reality of wearing orange.

He looks like shit now, I doubt he will be running anywhere.
