Definitely dirty. It will be interesting to see how the NFL handles it.

It was a reckless hit and Shaahir should be suspended for at least the next 3 games.
Roger Goodel will have his pr team write up the usual BS he often spews; “concussion protocols, excellent care and concerns for our players etc.”

Texans' Al-Shaair apologizes for hit on Lawrence
Texans linebacker Azeez Al-Shaair took to social media Monday morning to apologize to the Jaguars' Trevor Lawrence after his violent blow to the quarterback that left him with a concussion.

Interesting take on the incident. Texans head coach says part of the blame is on Lawrence.

I like DeMeco Ryans but you have to remember he was a LB in his playing days. So he's biased. I get that with the new rules its tough to be a defensive player, particularly as it relates to tackling the QB. But I was watching that game and he clearly hit Lawrence after he had already slid, it wasn't a bang bang play. I don't think there was any intent to injure it was just a poor decision on Shaair's part. 3 games is what I thought he'd get.
The helmet-to-helmet contact was unnecessary. Lawrence was trying to get the first down before contact, but calling this a late slide is biased.
From the angle in pic #2, it appears that Lawrence's knee is down short of the first down marker.
first of all he wasnt a QB at that point. 2nd of all did he have time to make a decision to pull up when he seen lawrence slide ? the NFL has become a flag football league when it comes to QBs. Why not just take tackling out of it ?

Saw is the past tense form, as in I saw him yesterday. Seen is the past participle form and is used to form the perfect verb tenses, as in She has seen every movie in the series (present perfect tense) and She had seen every movie in the series until this one (past perfect tense).
