Costco sells travel insurance through Manulife

Checked and a medical travel coverage for a 9 day trip with 0 deductible is about $28, about $5 less if purchased through Costco.

My girlfriend and I used Manulife last year.
Online process was quick and was like $30 PP

Will be purchasing insurance online. If my trip is to various countries in Asia for 16 days then Europe for 10 days, do I need to advise I am going to both continents? Seems to only allow you to enter one destination country.
