@Vera.Reis: Down Syndrome doesn't affect the X or Y chromosomes, it occurs when someone has a third copy of chromosome 21. Perhaps you were thinking of Turner syndrome, or 5α-Reductase 2 deficiency, ie: like the South African middle distance runner Caster Semenya?
I'm not a doctor, (and I'm not NotaDoctor), so I was thinking of Klinefelter syndrome; I thought Turner Syndrome was the XXY chromosomal anomaly. We've both been schooled.
