That's another very bad photoshop of an original picture of Cynthia Myers (Playboy playmate). She was known for her amazing physique - but even though she had great tits - the picture in the OP is ridiculously gravity defying. Unless she had some surgery to implant some kind of truss or support, there is no way a breast that large could hang like that - unless pumped full of helium.

I said "most" ... though "flat and floppy" aren't my preference, I've been with girls whose other attributes more than made up for their totally natural, and maybe slightly unattractive boobs.
