The Bible? One fairly routinely hears of Muslim mobs stoning people to death I never thought they needed a Bible to give them the idea. Now on the other hand what Western Christians or Jews have you recently heard of publicly stoning someone to death.They have moved on with old age methods. Now a days they spray cluster bombs and rockets on humans in mass to save time and effort.

Go ask a good christian if god told them to kill their family would they do so, a high percentage would say yes, so the difference between being a good christian and being a butcher is just a hallucination away.
The bible is a cancer like the torah and the koran, all 3 books are filled with exact same type of debauchery. Modern christianity is not even christianity, for 3 hours on the sunday you go to church and eat a wafer and that makes you a christian, the other 165 hours in the week you are out having a good time. A quaker is a real christian, everyone else is just playing make believe thinking they can scam their way into heaven, not that heaven exists anyways.

If you are a Muslim practicing Islam you must believe certain things, one of which is, to wit: the act of leaving the faith is (blasphemy) punishable by death; this is a qur'anic directive. The man was only practicing his religion, right? And after all, we have freedom of religion in this country, right? It is racist and Islamophobic to not allow an ideology which is antithetical to our history, culture and laws alone, and operate according to its tenants, right? What can we do about this and the problems that are coming down the pipe?
Close our immigration doors to countries that are predominately Muslim. No visitation visas. No further immigration no matter what. No exceptions. Re-evaluate in twenty years.

Really? All Muslims or merely not hating but certainly deploring and condemning the actions of the husband and of her parents who all seemingly feel she deserved to be murdered for behaving "inappropriately." Further, correctly pointing out that while many Islamic societies condone stoning people to death, Christian and Jewish communities condemn it is about the falsity of Bishop's line of thought, rather than condemnation of the folks at a real life Little Mosque on the Prairie.
Also, if one really wants to start discussing the bible and stoning women perhaps a look at the St. John's Gospel 7:53-8:11 might be wise.
You will note that nowhere in this thread have I posted that her conduct was angelic, or that the husband was to be condemned for feeling betrayed by her. But I really don't think you are arguing that everyone who has felt that they are the aggrieved party in a divorce has a right to murder their ex.
