I think its 25 years max. But with good behaviour that can even be a lot less.

For some people a beating doesn't need to teach them anything. It has it's own intrinsic value.
I didn't say that he wasn't a problem, but he's not THE ACTUAL PROBLEM.
I don't think the police believe he was the actual shooter, in fact from the video, the guman looks to be a taller and slimmer individual. He's more of just a loudmouth for The "GGG" gang. The guy was barely ever in town. I think he ran into some "opps" one time and he ended up running, it's on video. His mom's house got shot up due to his mouth and his family had to file for emergency relocation, which happened while he was out of town.
Hopefully for him, his brother makes the league next year and can fund his legal defense.

Highest murder rate ever in Toronto was in 1991, with 3.9 per 100, 000. Minassian couldn't even bring us over.
