Are you saying that it would be OK with you if from a Kilometer and a half or two Kilometers photographs were taken of your family through windows in your house or on when they were on your fenced in back porch?

If you don't believe that a person should have a reasonable expectation of privacy when on the deck of a private home surrounded by over 500 hecters of land, quite where the Hell do you believe that one should have such an expectation?
