I see like 6 women for every man. It feels really strange and weird. This is in Toronto core. Normal human distribution is half men / half women. Why is 416 different? Or is it because guys don't go out? Always at work or at home? My head is spinning. How is this possible?

Downtown and I hear south of Eglinton generally.
I guess women run all the Errands and the men just work or hangout at home. It just feels really weird to be around so many women.
Why complain about that ratio?

How long did you walk around in downtown and how many women did you count? Women outnumbering men 6:1 or 600% doesn't make sense. This is the basis to make a conclusion about the "normal" distribution of men and women? There are about 3 million people in Toronto proper and 8 billion on Earth so any random observation you might have is basically meaningless.
Oh and there are a number of countries where men out number women, but the ratio is about 1.5 to 2:1 China is the obvious example and it was caused by a cultural preference to boys and the one child policy.
I believe boys are weaker at birth but modern hospitals have reduced the male infant mortality rate. Also, since women are on average a couple of years younger than their husbands, the baby boom created distortions(surplus and shortage of women depending on the age of the man).
