Can't go wrong with Cupid's, for outcall. I saw Bettie and was smitten. She's beautiful, hot in bed, and really friendly. See my review, and others, in the Toronto section. Cupid's has some girls who are PSE or close to it, if that's what you like.
On my trips to Toronto, I usually use Cupids (Bree is awesome but seldom works) TP and GOE. All good variety of ladies, phone person helpful in making choice and all very reputable.
Best to browse and select a few whose description appeals to you then check their reviews in TO outcall section.
There are some very good agencies in Toronto, especially when compared to what we have in Ottawa. For pre-booking I'd recommend Cupids as they have done a bang up job for me in the past. The selection at Mirage is always mouth-watering and I've had good dealings with them as well. In fact I don't recall any issues with any of the major agencies. Some of the fly-by-night/tinker-toy website agencies don't seem to put much effort into customer service but I've had no issues with the major ones like Cupids and Mirage. I've also dealt with Select and Garden of Eden without incident. Have fun!
