The whole meaning of tipping has been lost. Tipping used to be a gesture of appreciation for services rendered. Now it is a tool to establish ongoing loyalty from our favorite service providers.
When I visit an MPA and receive a particularly enjoyable session I give an extra 20 to 50 bucks so she will remember me and be available for me on my return and not leave me waiting or pass me on to an inferior attendant.
