Im not sure.,,, I have absolutely no experience in the MP or SP world. I discovered some sites recently have been hoping to take the next step. I have been reading reviews, checking the adds etc. but have yet to make the next move. I am sure my first encounter wont be my last but I would like my first time to be a good, positive experience. I was first planning on seeing either Victoria Jolie or Monique Matheson based on photos and reviews, now I am thinking maybe a lesser known agency girl? ( not sure who....) Any thoughts/advice on an ideal first encounter would be greatly appriciated. I have no particular physical preference but am interested in a hot, fun, fit type of woman.

I only got into this a few months ago too, so remember very well my taking the plunge.I've never seen Victoria, but Monique was one of my first SP experiences and I see her regularly now...she is a class act! so much fun, and a knockout too(my first was was Sweetshay, and that was fantastic, I look forward to her Ottawa visits)..... I also luv Evelyne Lemay, but I guess my taste runs toward glam blondes...as for MAs' ..there are a lot of fun, quality gals, and they include (for me) Jessica (GFE-Ma), Claire Heavens, AmeliaMA, but you cant go wrong with any of the "spas" either...CMJ. AT/Paradise and ALO have all been enjoyable for me..
It is really tough to give you a recommendation given you don't really list any preferences (other than fit). Maybe look around a little and find a handful of ladies you like then the guys who have seen them can give you some feedback. Search for reco's first of course.
If I were you, I would look for a good experience and do your homework, but dont try to hit a home run your first time (no pun intended). You can go with an agency or an independent; the advantage to an independent is the chance to have to communications with the lady ahead of time.

Make sure you see a well reviewed SP and things will go well. My first mind blowing session was with Cleo Catra, who is just amazing. She'll put you at ease immediately.

That final walk will be nerve racking, but you'll be more nervous when you hand over the cash not knowing what to expect. Trust the realiable, well reviewed SP's to start. That way you'll know you get what you paid for. After that, it's up to you. Have fun!
Im looking for more than "getting fucked" that is probably the least important part of the encounter for me. I want an over all experience, maybe 2 - 3 hours and I am sure I would not even try for msog. Maybe that is why I am feeling so nervous and am having a hard time deciding on who to see. I am narrowing it down though
All the comments here are valid, just relax, choose a well known, reliable lady that has been reviewed, and one that meets your particular tastes and needs. Contact the provider, discuss your nerves and expectations. For the most part, these ladies are here to ensure you have the best experience and keep you coming back for more. Although this is the Ottawa-Kingston forum one of my all time favorites when I was just starting out was Kaitlyn Kroft in Toronto. She will calm you and please you with the best service in the business.
