Firstly, these are union beavers. You really can't "tell them" anything. You have to ask nicely.
Their contract is solid. Time and half after 36 hours and double time after 44 hours. Their overtime meal allowance calls for premium wood and bark, imported if in season otherwise their per diem is large. Bonuses will come into play.
Busy little beavers care little about WEF slogans or ideas. They have special skills and will dictate the terms.
