I don’t ever remember watching more than two minutes…what I seen I didn’t like him.
I disagree, Tim Micaleff did an admirable job considering he no longer had The Almighty Sid with him. Some have wondered about my silence on the Azzurri, I didn't watch the matches. They were injury riddled. I feared the English would run up the score against them.
This never gets old...Sid knows his sistemacci!
This looks bad on the NHL, Ovi and Malkin didn't have a problem wearing the rainbow colours. Dina Pugliese is leaving Breakfast Television.
I find myself disliking these sports talk shows more as I get older.
It's all so unimportant. I like sports but these shows are so fucking boring.
I don't pity them tho, having to talk about the most boring shit for an hour and try to make it sound interesting.

I really liked them on the Fan590.
Didn't think their show translated to TV that well though.
Although the episode with Bianca Andreescu after her US Open victory was great viewing. They both were just beaming at her accomplishment. There were no pretensions there at all.

Tim and Sid built their brand by being the Abbott and Costello of Sports Talk. I used to listen to their morning show on the Fan590 on my way to work back in the late 00's. It was wildly popular, no other morning show could match their ratings. This led Rogers to buy The Fan590/The Score, most of their personel is still made up from the acquisition. It's sad that Tim and Friends is ending while hardcore racist two face Ron McLean still has a job. Rogers lost their underwear on Small Town Hockey.

It was a fun show, but losing Sid hurt. It was still fun and informative though and the contractually obligated Ken Reid was hilarious. I guess Rogers wants to save money, or were the production costs greater than the ad revenue? I wonder what will replace it, or will our subscription dollars pay for more poker tournament reruns?

Absolutely he is, Don Cherry doesn't know any better, McLean should. He agreed with his statement about you people, when the blowback came he threw Cherry under a bus to save his job. Where was McLean when Cherry feted Harnarayan Singh, the Sikh hockey announcer from Calgary? Are there any people of colour in McLean's Small Town Hockey, I didn't notice any. I take it back, Mc Lean isn't a hardcore racist, he is (to quote Dr. Smith) a sniveling ninny of a racist.

Nobody that matters you say. Then why did Trudeau and the Prime Minister of Portugal have dinner with The Almighty Sid. I was working a benefit at Lee's Palace that night and watched the cortege pass by.

Sid's full of hot air and also full of himself. Never as smart or funny as he thinks he is.
I think Jeff Marek would be the best replacement for Mclean on HNIC.
