Yep... that was one very awkward moment.. sort of like me getting used to the kiss greeting that many of my female friends adopted years ago. Then they went from one cheek to two cheeks, and it was even more awkward..
. Having read about their relationship, I would say Williams was probably just taken by surprise and did not know what to do.. Williams seems to be a pretty cold guy when he is on the job..
