Eyes Wide Shut was Kubrick's weakest film, he wanted to make amends with A.I.. But the strain of working with Tom Cruise caught up with him.

I agree that's it's lame it present it as part of his chronology. Speilberg diluted Kubrick's concept for the sake of a greater box-office. It didn't work and Speilberg ended up with sburra on his face. He made amends with Munich.

AI is not mentioned at the exhibit.
Either you didn't look closely enough, or you are nitpicking about what constitutes part of the "exhibit". AI is listed amongst the films in the Kubrick retrospective being screened. Which is kinda egregious when the list is prefaced with this:

Presented in conjunction with the exhibition Stanley Kubrick, this retrospective of Kubrick's cinematic oeuvre includes...

...mind you, Von's post made me think: if we can be that selective about what is and isn't actually part of "Kubrick's oeuvre", can we remove Eyes Wide Shut? I'm happy to include AI in exchange.

Kubrick's version of A.I. is much darker than what Speilberg presented. Still can't figure out why he thought it would work better as a family film? Kubrick would have been better off if he had picked another patron for his remaining artistic properties. For example, David Lean (Lawrence of Arabia) named Martin Scorsese as his patron shortly before his passing. Marty has the complete Lean/Bolt script to Joseph Conrad's Nostromo in his possession. So far he hasn't attempted to film it, probably never will.

sburra = cum

I might try to catch this exhibit, but didn't renew my TIFF membership. What's it cost? $20?

I think his movie A Clockwork Orange was the first major studio movie to show female pubic hair.
