Bought a shitty 60$ LG smartphone at walmart.
Koodo plan is 15$ a month unlimited texts and pic sending. For 5$ you can add talk minutes that you can carry over. You can also change your number once a month for no charge.

Best for me is a text/phone app. Install and use for free. You can log out at any time and need password to get into it. I have tonnes of not used factory apps on phone and this seems to blend in. Now if you want you can uninstall app when done using. Thus NOTHING is present when done using. Re download and enter your email/password and you are back in business. Seems best for me....no extra phone...
