is Nevada Hobby friendly?
Las Vegas is extremely hobby friendly if you book an independent escort or use the 100 Proof Agency.

The Asian massage places worry me. Many are advertising BBFS and that draws scrutiny. And the Asian ladies rotate between Vegas and LA, which also draws law enforcement interest.

The ladies on card handed out on the strip are rip-offs.

The legal places are a clinical, overpriced, overaged mess.

The federal government in the US doesn't prosecute sex workers because there are no federal laws against prostitution south of the border. Criminal law is a state matter down threre, and there are also county and municipal laws that apply. In Canada the crininal law is federal, although of course enforecement is pretty much a local matter.

The U.S. federal law involves trafficking, so the charges are almost always brought against those they consider traffickers, which can be pretty expansive and include someone just answering the phone and scheduling for an escort service where the ladies cross state lines. The Feds do consider a John who has paid sex with a minor to have trafficked her, even if he didn’t have anything to do with her travel. Jared Fogle of Subway is the classic example. The issue of whether the Feds will ever change their longstanding policy that an ordinary adult John does not Traffick an adult sex worker who he pats for sex is one we all watch. That should be purely a state issue, but high-profile cases like Diddy’s, which is a federal case, raises that issue. Presumably he is not an “ordinary John”. And of course there were allegedly minors involved.

Yes Patron, that's true. There are many federal statutes that can be employed against activities peripheral to sex work itself. They've also used RICO laws against pimps, which of course are usually referred to as "traffickers".

is Nevada Hobby friendly?
To be clear... Legal and Friendly are 2 different things.

Legal: Some Counties in Nevada have legalized licensed Brothels.
Friendly: Clark County (Las Vegas) is friendly, not like Hillsborough Count FL (Tampa) and Cark County does not actively target responsible SW'ers or Johns.

Toronto guys have it easy (no offense)... If you plan on hobbying in the US you can't think with your small head... Think of Leolist... A hot girl with a low price is fake. Providers who have a well established online presence, want at least 24 hours notice and verify their clients (you) typically are good.

Even in hobby friendly area's you need to be more cautious than you would be in Canada.... I met a SP in Virginia DC Area one time... she told me she would never work in Washington DC again. She got busted in DC and never got busted in Virginia in 5 years.

If you visit Vegas and see established girls who are not in any way being trafficked.... you are perfectly fine in Nevada. If you go to a massage parlor in Carson City or find a TGTBT, with no verification, girl with no verification you potentially can be in trouble.
