it's an odd story. I've heard from some people familiar with Japanese business culture that the charges are trumped up and he did what other CEOs do...except he's not Japanese. Regardless, these two guys helped a smuggle someone who was under police investigation out of the country. What if he was facing murder or sex assault charges instead of white collar crime?

I don't blame Biden for not blocking the extradition. They broke laws in a country with an independent judiciary. They bragged about the crime.
