is it just me? when i look for job in the job bank, all i see are hiring manger for sale, hiring manager for developing software, hiring manger for kiss my ass, hireing manager to take care of my kids, hiring manager to cut my grass, hiring manager to sell a car, hirnig manger to fix my sink.


90% of jobs are looking for managers. what the hell is going on? if everyone become manager then who do the work? i dont get it.

where are the jobs that hiring software developer, hiring technician, hiring security agent, hiring stratigist?

Well there is the experience of course, but asking for limited years experience also helps to weed out those that aren't career waiter's/waitresses, nothing sucks more than training someone and having them leave in a few months, its better to get people who enjoy the work and will continue with you, a clear indicator by the number of years in the field.
