What will be interesting is what happens to the insurance $$ from the upcoming 50 or so sold out concerts that would have taken place in england. There was a clause in the policy that excluded death from illegal drug use.Is it illegal drug use when the someone who kills you with drugs is a doctor? Sounds like it.But we'll see.

But we should care when there's been a homocide where somebody is responsible and who should answer to the charges.

Yeah, Murray's lawyer already stated that nothing was given to MJ that should've killed him.
Agreed... but it is NOT as relevant as the media frenzy that will undoubtedly ensue. (at the media)

Sounds more like criminal negligence causing death than intentional homicide. There are reports that a 2nd dr may be charged as well.

The chimp has an alibi, btw. He was in the zoo on the night in question...... minding his own business.

I think MJ would've pressured any doctor to give him what he wanted. I think MJ pushed the envelope and might have been partly responsible for his own demise.
For sure. But that's when the ETHICAL doctor says "no" and gets the hell out.

It's sure as fuck part of what the College of Physicians and Surgeons rips your nutsack off for, if you DON'T do it!

It's the pursuit of justice that's necessary, whether they find justice or not is another matter ( remember O.J.) but it can't be ignored and given up, we must try to find justice at all times.

Killed Michael? Seems more like assisted suicide by degrees than anything else.

Typical... blame everyone else but the actual person who took them in the first place.

He had the money to buy whatever he wanted and when he wanted it.

Should have and did are two different things, and in this case I certainly have my doubts about should have as well.

To administer anestaesia to someone on a regular basis for insomnia
is so far from regular practice, that the doctor deserves to be locked up
and prevented from ever practicing medicine again, no matter if the "patient" requested it.

was this a surprise? i think everyone could have assumed this was a homicide a while back. i think its kinda stupid how some people's greed can blind them from seeing how their actions can kill a man. its not like MJ was festively plup or anything. the dude looked sick since the early decade if not even b4 that. he probably weighted in at like 150 pounds or even less depending on his height...his waist line would make most of american woman jealous. lol
