Jessica is extremely sexy. She has been reporting FROM THE FIELD on a regular basis, since Lyndsey's return so looks like she may be transitioning to being a part-time or full-time reporter for CTV. She had another boy, Michele announced it on air when they welcomed her back to work. She does look very full up top since returning and I've always enjoyed her weather forecasts as she exudes such confidence but also is laid back and smooth. LM is the consumate professional, if someone were to ask who is the ideal on-air personality to model after, LM would be one of the first names that come to mind. Never to much and never too little, always just right.
The morning show would be nothing without her. She is so valuable to CP as I don't think they currently have any other personality that could carry the show the way Jen does. Her comedic background probably helps a lot with that. When Pooja and Gurdeep left, I thought there was no way they would find another great host like those 2 internally. Pooja and Gurdeep were an amazing duo who worked because they had great chemistry but Jen is like a one woman show, I think she could pull off the show all by herself.

I like Nick, he's good with others, not great solo.
I like Courtney paired up, her shyness matches well with anyone more extroverted and she opens up a bit when engaged.
Yes I see Nick and Courtney as the same, both excellent reporters and anchors but very vanilla when it comes to being morning show hosts (though I find Courtney's shyness to be quite cute). But I think that works very well with Jen as they both allow her to be the star. You typically want to pair a big personality with a much more vanilla host. Kinda like Kate Beirness and Natasha S. for TSN back in the day. Kate was the star and Natasha her sidekick. Very hard to find the Gurdeep-Pooja combo where both are just enough to let each other shine. Only pairing I see like that now is Kara Wagland and Lindsay Hamilton on TSN, their chemistry is amazing and probably just as good if not better than Jay & Dan, TSN's most legendary duo.
Only issue is when Jen is off and we get Nick and Courtney together which is ... nowhere as good as when either is paired with Jen. She's the Jordan, to their Pippen, the Kwahi to their Siakam, the batman to their robin.

It’s got nothing to do with sex appeal (tho I do think she is beautiful) but Andria Case is the best newscaster in the city.
