From any live cast on your computer screen you can screen grab from your keyboard and it should save each shot as a PNG or Jpeg file
On a Mac: To take a screenshot, press and hold these three keys together: Shift, Command, and 3.
Not sure for Windows
Windows = Windows key and Print Screen key, files in Screenshots folder.
Snipping tool works as well.
When I watch a video, I can freeze a frame and save the image using the snipping tool. See example below which is saved as a jpeg.
This is not Lindsay and the pants are not orange but you get the idea.
