Not sure how you equate the rich to black face or slaves but I'll let that go because it's beyond ignorant. The question is, is the US stronger with a more equal distribution of wealth or not? Are we better as a nation that the rich are getting richer and the poor are getting poorer?
The only way we can deal with this is through the tax code. And therein lies the rub. Politicians won't go after this as long as they keep being paid. Campaign finance reform is the only way this will change, and I'm not optimistic. We seem to be spiraling down.
Who was equating the rich to slaves. I was obviously equating a 90% tax rates to slavery. I guess I am not ignorant, you are just kinda on the dumb side.
At 90% you might as well burn their womenfolk, eat their babies and rape their livestock.
Odds are I am poorer than you and just about everyone on Terb, except for Fuji of course. Even I can see the ethical problems with taking 90% of a persons income. Hell they don't even go anywhere near that in the Nordic countries and they know a thing or two about raising taxes in a high tax environment and income equalization. I could also question some of your other statements, but then you would just respond with some foolishness and I really couldn't be bothered. I will say that your analysis leaves out a lot, some of which your debating opponents have neglected to mention.
