Someone with more energy than I really should have collected the quotes by him and his ilk of for certain predictions that went horribly wrong. One of the usual suspects keeps quoting someone even after it's pointed out that their predictive record is really and laughably bad [and their inclination towards underaged girls so strong that police intervention doesn't stop them the first time]
I am not sure if here, I think it's youtube comments, but a lot of Poutards were gloating that once Bachmut falls Russia will keep driving on... well that's awkward.
When I really think it through, I realize what an enormous task it is going to be to rid Ukraine of the Russians. These vermin have dug in like ticks and have booby trapped and mined everywhere.
I don't even think direct front-line air support will allow them to break through line after line after line of Russian defences with infantry, tanks etc.
I still feel that it will be some behind-the-scenes failures within Russia that will be their demise and retreat from Ukraine. I now also think that time is on the side of Ukraine so long as they can keep the pressure on Russia on all fronts. Sanctions, isolation, disrupting supply lines and especially if they can hit the bridge to Crimea.
I do worry about Zelenskyy getting assassinated though... His leadership has certainly galvanized Ukrainians as well as civilized western society. Will it hold up if he is lost?
You gotta hand it to these brave young Ukrainian women too. So young, and willing to risk their lives for their country's future and freedom for all from the malignancy of the Russki Mir.
