The Shaman was noticed a number of previous rightie / trumpie rallies. He was a "believer".

Here we are. The official DC DA's office reply to Carlson's horseshit. And quite frankly, this shit was so obvious that I already answered the points off the top of my head.

The only thing new is that apparently Shipley DID NOT file a motion alleging "ineffective assistance of counsel" against Watkins - presumably because they're both rightie TV lawyers and lick each other's asses.

Has Shipley actually filed an appeal in Chansley's case even?!

Hey-hey!! Say-say!!

Here's Shithead Watkins' own tweet about Shipley's appeal. Dickhead Shipley filed an appeal and then withdrew it without a hearing - presumably having scrounged a shitload of $$$$$ from the sheeple before he snuck into court and filed the self-dismissal. What a flapping, empty ballsack thing for counsel to do. The guy must have had no balls at all.

But OTOH, the appeal court would have laughed at him, pissed on him and then sanctioned him - like all rightie lawyers get beaten up and sanctioned by the courts. So maybe the corrupt cowardly sack of shit made the right choice.

FrDpCROXsAM7yA0.jpeg

So this cowardly ass fuck steals a client, promises the client that he'll win the appeal, cashes in, then folds his own appeal. And then - when the appeal is safely fucking dead and buried - he jumps on some insignificant and useless shred of evidence and CLAIMS that it would have got his client off. What a dickhead!!

Any REAL courtroom lawyer should piss on this loser's suit and shoes!

As Elon asked: who are you gonna believe? I'm with Elon, I believe what I see. You?
I believe the DA's office. They get sanctioned if they lie. Elon just deleted the posts of anyone who dares criticize him and kicks them off Twitter like the lying ass he is.

Which part, that the DA can't get sanctioned?
The American Bar association says they can.

Maybe this part? "Elon just deleted the posts of anyone who dares criticize him and kicks them off Twitter..."
This one seems to be true as well, from multiple sources.

Did you read your links? What employer will not come hard on his employee who's fucking with him in public? The fact is that Twitter has never been better, despite all the dire predictions. BTw, anyone who tweets, removes tweets from time to time- that's the nature of the beast. There are a LOT of people, now days, who are really pissed off that the censorship team has been shitcanned.

Yes, I did.
From the articles.
" In early November 2022, evidence began to crop up suggesting that Elon Musk is using his control of the platform to delete tweets that are critical of him."
" And in an ironic twist on his version of free speech, there may be evidence that Elon Musk is deleting tweets that criticize him and his practices."
" Today, Musk has become notorious for the speech he suppresses, rather than the speech he allows, from suspending journalists for tweeting links to his jet tracker to briefly restricting users from linking to their accounts on Instagram and Mastodon."
" Twitter has privately demanded that the suspended journalists delete the tweets that drew Musk’s ire in the first place — a condition the reporters have refused to accept."
" The tweets in question mentioned or linked to a Twitter account called @ElonJet, which tracked the whereabouts of Musk’s private jet using publicly available flight data. All of the journalists were covering or commenting on Musk’s decision to banish the account"

And if you had followed twitter in general and Musk in particular, you'd know that last fall the whole Twittervers was in flux and constantly adjusting. Even the previously suspended accounts were not automatically restored and many only after users' interventions. BTW, I cannot belive you'd bring up the Musk-tracking thing. Banishing that particular account was, especially in light of threats Musk was receiving, the correct course of action.
