How many governments in the history of politics have ever needed to call in a very friendly economist to rip them new ones. Tell them and the voting public they screwed the pooch. And how to fix it…( which included being friendly to business) .Did people listen? Pay attention to that huge red nuclear flag..
When whining about real estate prices. How many grasp the when and why? How many even think about doing something about demand…doing things so that people feel there’s more than one place to find work….never…
