I had no idea. Thanks for sharing this. She was one of my fav pandemic discoveries, such good vibes. Hope she pulls through.I'm crushed, my heart is broken.

Makes sense she's on a Sub with several people in close confinement, probably not the best place to be during the pandemic.
Yeah, being obese and elderly didn't help her situation.

Getting old sucks, I've been dealing with irregular heart beats almost all February. So I went to see my doctor (who's young enough to be my son). He asked me if I've been having lower leg cramps I answered affirmative. He told me I had magnesium deficiency, start taking it as a supplement. So far no more stops and starts, hopefully I can give the cardiologist a decent stress test this summer.
This was Dianna's last video, she learned how to poo in the Arctic. It was the second of a sequence of videos about the Earth's climate.

Thank you for the update Glam, she's no longer in a catatonic state - good news. This latest wave of Covid has been terrible, my entire building was affected. I had to go into seclusion and cancel important appointments because of it.
With Bianca Andreescu injured again, just as she was getting her A game together and sweet Dianna in a catatonic state, I don't need any more reasons to be depressed.

I love Dianna, I've wondered why she got so ill, I have a theory.
Dianna is Hawaiian born and resides in SoCal, she's a warm weather girl. She may have been susceptible to disease in extreme cold. The Arctic pootorial episode may have done her in, it incubated in the submarine episode. I have experience on this, I developed a horrible skin condition that took away my mobility and appetite. After several treatments proved useless, my doctor advised I go back to Italy. I did, I spent time in Fiuggi and swam in the Mediterranean, when I returned to Canada I was clear. Then I had a new outbreak as a complication from the car accident. Weed Balm kicked it's ass and I'm back in training, I intend to hike Mt. Vesuvius this fall.

Dianna went to the Arctic with a joint Canadian/American research crew, it was part of her new series on climate change. I suspect exposing herself to the extreme cold got her infected, the vaccine didn't help.
