The Perfect Breasts

Most fake boobs only look good when they're in a nice fitting blouse/ sweater etc or in a sexy bra, or bikini... but naked, they just look silly for the most part. There are a few exceptions to the rule of course... (usually the REALLY expensive ones, placed under the muscle and not OVERLY inflated) just a general comment IMHO. Most guys I know feel the same way...
Which begs the question... why is it that women get this procedure done? Seriously, if the majority of men DON'T like fake boobs, why do women get them? Anyone? Bueller?

for me the fake ones never feel right and much of the time don't look right either.
I'll take less perfect real ones over man mades every time.

So far I am seeing that most posters' vision of perfect breasts varies from small-medium to large. Rarely did I find ones with anything bigger than a D-cup. Which goes against the saying that "Bigger is Better." I also found that many prefer boobs on European women than American or Canadian women.
Anybody else with a suggestion of perfect boobs?
