For me, this is TRULY PROFESSIONAL and shows some form of compassion. Of course, I also don't mean to neglect NOR overide what Mr Zee really felt or went thru.
I'm simply stating the fact that Evangeline's attitude is good in my books ( though I havent met her yet).

For those here who know me, I dont give out empty compliments otu of the blue, especially for an MA/SP that I have not met.
