That's sort of how I use the list. Negative number means just sort of cold/mechanical. Small positive is friendly/warm and possibly above and beyond. Large positive number is probably pretty exceptional.

Might think always go for the highest scoring ladies, but personal preference and the adventure of maybe finding a hidden gem motivates some risk taking.

And here is where you are wrong. Yes, a single minus means "proceed at your own risk", two minuses means "forget about it". However, the number of pluses in no way correlate with good experience: it simply means that the girl is in business long enough and/or got promoted and now rips the benefits by providing "at the bar" mediocre service to clients who are honest and, because "she meats the criteria", give her a plus. This thread killed the regular reviews and ability to search for review on terb by name: all of them are inside this thread and are not searchable.

But it is searchable only for the rating, not for the actual reviews. Or is there any link that connects the girl's names to the actual posts that mentioned her in that thread?
