I'd withhold your vote one way or the other - I'd expect that's what most would do.

Haha I wish. This is my first post on this thread. I wanted to get a feel for what is normal before making assessments.

I'm an outsider to this thread/topic but I'll give you my perspective. Everyone should know that this is extremely YMMV. imo there's nothing wrong with giving a -1. If she has multiple +1 and only one -1, then other members should know that it is YMMV. but is she gets very little +1 and several -1, then the YMMV may not be the case.

I find MANY members on this board are "scared" to post negative feedback... Maybe too many reveal their handle identity and then their are muzzled?

Negative feedback can easily be worded into "recommendation for improvements" which would be helpful to members and Providers.

The thing is she meets all the Criteria for the GFE defined in this thread. Actually she provided a bit more than the "low bar" requirement. Also in the past I've given +1 for lesser service as long as she was sweet and there was chemistry.
I feel all the ladies at Brass Club and CMJ would meet the "low bar" criteria, so how does one differentiate a +1 for a really friendly GFE MA from a +1 for someone who meets the criteria but not into it i.e no passion. Can a lack of chemistry or interest be enough to give someone a -1. Why are members giving -1 ? Should the reasons be posted ?
I was wondering if a "A+" column could be added to the spread sheet so votes can be given to ladies who go beyond the criteria. Reasons for a A+ vote could be good chemistry or really friendly or passionate or eager to please or exemplary body sides or great massage skills in addition to the low bar criteria.
Thoughts ?
