Damn. That's impressive. Not an easy word by any stretch and to get there in two from where you were after 1 guess is astonishing.

Nobody was more astonished when the squares all turned green than me. As I said, I guessed at what would follow the letter I got and what words would end like that and eliminated any of the letters from the first guess that were wrong and came up with 3 and the first one I tried was the one. That was pure luck but any of the other choices would have narrowed it down.

Just found this and played Lewdle today. Got it in 4. The Brit definition is cute, but the American one is just way too offensive. I don't think I'll make a habit of it.

It's cute but not as compelling, I agree.

I've taken to doing the 16 and 32 word versions.
