On "Taxi" , what was Jim's (played by Christopher LLoyd) last name?
His nickname was "Reverand", and his surname was something very Polish - Butkowski, Kowalski, something along those lines. Need a better hint.................and don't hint "cigars" when you really mean "penis"

Nope, I've got it wrong, his nickname was "Iggy" (but he was also referred to as Reverend). So his name is probably Ignatski

How much food and water did Charles Lindbergh take with him on his attempt to be the first man to fly across the Atlantic?
Answer :

Charles Lindbergh took only 4 sandwiches with him on his transatlantic flight.
Lindbergh packed lightly for his famous non-stop flight from New York to Paris, with just four sandwiches, two canteens of water, and 451 gallons of gasoline. The trip was over 3500 miles long and it took him nearly a day and a half to complete. Luckily, he didn’t get lost on the way there, or he would have been in really bad shape. He got caught up in some fog on the way over, he ended up flying to Ireland, and had to reorient himself to get to his destination. He even asked some of the local Irish fishermen for directions while still flying the plane by lowering his altitude and yelling at them!

Where did the name Pepsi come from?
It's from the Simpson's episode where Bart goes to the Bigger Brothers for a replacement dad because Homer left him out in the rain after soccer practice, and Homer then went to the same agency to get a replacement son, reason being - "revenge!" Here, see for yourself:

Pepe: Tell me more! I want to know <all> the constellations.
Homer: Well, there's... Jerry the Cowboy. And that big dipper looking thing is Alan... the Cowboy.
Pepe: Oh, Papa Homer, you are so learn\`ed.
Homer: Heh heh heh. `Learn'd', son. It's pronounced `learn'd'.
Pepe: I love you, Papa Homer.
Homer: I love you, too, Pepsi.
Pepe: Pepe.
Homer: Pepe.
