Why not just post some examples. Has any such legislation passed? Is it the law anywhere? There are outliers and people with idiotic proposals on both sides. That does not mean that idiotic proposals have the support of their parties or will ever become law. But of course you know that

Can you point to such a law that allows for Gender Reassignment Surgery before the age of 18 without parental consent?
