So it's either Carney is very negligent in his dealings or he's lying.

Its also worth noting, now that this is an election issue, that no party has had anywhere as big a rally as this.

I'll say this, but Carney and PP's campaigns have not been stellar. Both have had issues.

there is no way to get pipelines built as long as this abomination remains as law
No private money will go anywhere near a pipeline project as long as Bill-69 is in effect
