I used to see a naturopath, many years ago. On the first visit she gave me a sheet outlining the guiding principles of the trade. While I did eventually come to the conclusion that most of what they do is nonsense, one of their fundamentals has always stuck with me, i.e. "You are responsible for your own health." Yes, we should remember this point. Who asked us all, mostly, to get fat, to sit in front of a computer screen all day, to feed ourselves on garbage fast food, etc, etc? And then a two bit virus comes along, and the government places the country under house arrest (scared shitless that the public will figure out how badly they have bungled the health care system), etc, etc. Well, you know the answer to these questions. (And for the record, I have taken my shots.)
Now if there is a way out of this mess, it won't come until the health care system collapses completely, and private care returns to the marketplace. And this is likely very close to coming about. Also, there's no need to slander me personally. I AM a right-winger, and proudly so. I do, however, welcome debate that involves actual ideas.
