What amazes me the most about British politics is how completely treasonous British politicians are.
May has more problems fending off members of her own party than members of the opposition. In Canada, it seems to be a far stricter system. if the PM calls for a vote along party lines, you don't dare cross him because if you do, you're thrown out of caucus. End of story. (Whipped vote?? Correct me if I am wrong.)
You certainly never see members of any party speaking out in public and in the media in Canada against the leader of their party like you do in Britain.
