1) The work to be done is unimportant to the government and successfully completing it means ending the insider contracts
2) Every project is design to replace cheaper public services with private services that can enrich the donors providing them.

Metro Stinx was that way well before DOFO. Housing is a municipal issue and I think DOFO dismantling some of the municipal laws is helping but he needs to do more. On the others yes he sucks.

Metrolinx was crappy before but now its way crappier.

Wouldn't cutting developer fees increase construction? Crosstown was started under McGuinty but yes Mike Harris and the Ford Brothers and various players have wasted kazillions in the transit battle. There has been massive conflicts of interest exposed at Metro Stinx even under the Liberals. So Ontario is corrupt in incompetent.

Cutting fees should have, but didn't increase construction. All it did was take money out of municipalities.

The Ford brothers get the Scarborough subway disaster as all theirs, along with the credit for killing Miller's Transit City. The Scarborough line includes a $250 million contract that DoFo signed with a sanctioned Russian Oligarch. Now there are a bunch of lawsuits
