Stanhope is one of my fave comics. I've met him before and he's a good guy. He's gonna be here in Toronto next month!

Doug has turned down numerous acting roles, his role as Eddie in Louie (S2, E9) clearly demonstrates that he has chops he's not even flexed yet. It was my introduction to Stanhope.
