As to the Mueller investigation whatever it's supposed official mandate is I believe it's true reason was to dig into Trump's history and dig for dirt. Anything that could be used for his removal.

As for collusion, Mueller has been working up to interviewing Stone and Cohen.
You should hold off on any pronouncements until those 2 are done and the Trump interview request is in.
