I keep hearing this but the fence around Gaza is not a border.they have a right to defend their boarder I'm not a big fan of Israel but spend some time in the area and you will understand why they need to defend themselves
Its a prison wall, Israel still is occupying this land and for 10 years has been running an illegal blockade on Gaza as well.

LOL. You are the one who says that PM Begin and others were terrorist BECAUSE they were in the Irgun etc. Not that they used to be terrorists. And Avnery is describing conduct in the past not today. Hamas has committed acts of terrorism and in the last few years, like those previous examples, has mostly moved away from using terrorism.
People like Basketcase here rely on calling Hamas terrorists, he uses it as an excuse to justify shooting civilians and running Gaza as the world's largest open air prison.

It's an obscenity to include Nelson Mandela in the same sentence as human detritus such as Menachim Begin and Yitzak Shamir. Mandela ended apartheid while Begin and Shamir entrenched it. Neither ever gave up on terrorism and simply graduated to using the apparatus of the state to continue the ethnic cleansing of Palestinians required to realize the Zionist dream.LOL.
