You're still stuck in pre war colonial mentality, Shazi.
...
As opposed to your post-modern colonial attitude that says Palestinians opinions or behaviour don't matter and they should instead do what you want them to. For example, your repeated claims that Israel should impose a ceasefire without Hamas' agreement or your view that Palestinians should be forced into a One-State peace against their will.

So your new plan is to randomly link quotes that don't say what you claim?

I have NEVER said a Palestinian state shouldn't have the right to determine immigration policies.

I do think current PA (And Jordanian) laws that explicitly say Jews can not be citizens or own land is racist and it is laughable after all the times you have claimed Israel (or The Mandate or Ottomans) can't make citizenship choices though, you choose this as a hill to die on.

But I guess stupid arguments are all you have left to defend your oft-repeated belief that Jews shouldn't be allowed in the West Bank.
So you think its racist if Palestinians do it but you've been supporting Jews doing it for years.
Can't get much more blatantly racist than that.

Whoops, I forgot you back apartheid.
That's much more blatantly racist.
See the latest ICJ ruling.

Whoops, I forgot you back genocide.
That's the most fucking racist you can get, on par with the nazis.
See ICC and ICJ investigations.

The ICJ ruling is clear but you think its racist if Palestinian had similar laws about citizenship of Israel.

Time for this brief commercial break.
Three of the best looking ladies I know have some or all (south) Sudanese in them.
Now back to our regularly scheduled insults.

And admitting it's about Jews, not Israel. The honesty is refreshing.

But you lose as usual.
Israel has a few million Arab citizens. Though they make it easy for jews to immigrate, non-Jews also can immigrate to Israel. At the same time, they actively encourage East Jerusalem and Golani Arabs to become citizens. As an example off the top of my head, the Israeli kid in the NBA has a Muslim dad who immigrated from former Yugoslavia and became a citizen.

That is far, far different that PA law that say Jews can not be citizens and your repeated claim that Jews have to leave the West Bank, simply because they are Jewish. But you're too adsorbed in extreme partisan histrionics to acknowledge reality.

No, basketcase.
The ICJ just declared Israel is apartheid and the occupation is illegal.
Israel must leave Palestine immediately and pay restitution for the 75 year occupation of Palestine.

Your lip service to the two state solution just exposes your racism where you declare that Palestine can't set their own laws.

Ah, the spam machine as a means to avoid addressing anything I said.

p.s. I generally agree with the 7 points in that meme. That doesn't change that solving the problem requires Palestinian agreement, something you are dead-set against.

Palestinian agreement is not necessary.
Israel needs to abide by the ICJ provisional measures and prevent killing of Palestinians and not commit genocide.
Israel needs to leave all of Palestine, including the West Bank, Gaza and Jerusalem.

Palestinians don't need to agree to Israel abiding by international law and respecting basic human rights.

Disgusting you think so little of Palestinians while pretending to advocate for them. All you're doing is show your self for the victorian-style elitist you are.
Why do Palestinians need to agree that Israel must obey international law and end the occupation?
They only part requiring agreement is how much Israel should pay for 75 years of illegal occupation, apartheid and genocide.
That agreement should be made with the ICC, not Israel.

Why do Palestinians need to agree...
Because any peace requires their consent? I know you think Palestinians are simply simply as a tool for you to utilize but you can't impose any peace on Palestinians without them agreeing to it. Or at least that's the opinion of Canada, the UN, and the Arab League.

As I said before, the literal interpretation of the ICJ paper would be to give the West Bank Back to Jordan and Gaza back to Egypt.

No, basketcase, the literal interpretation of the ICJ ruling says Israel must end the occupation of Palestine, return it to Palestinians and pay reparations for the occupation.

Instead you're more interested in escalating the genocide, first you bomb Palestinians, then you destroy their health care system and then you starve them.
You've been here defending each and every step of this genocide for 10 months now.

Obey the ICJ, end the occupation, end the genocide, end apartheid.

All you offer is this:

That's like demanding the British government "return" the grown jewels to me. There has been no historic entity of a Palestinian state and the only way that there will be is through negotiations, just like the UN says.

But you keep saying that Palestinian agreement isn't required in any kind of deal.
